What We Offer
Western House produces three core product grades, each engineered to meet the exacting demands of specific end markets. From premium fertilizer-grade rock for superphosphate plants, to ultra-low-cadmium material for food-chain chemical processes, every shipment leaves our facility with a full Certificate of Analysis.
All products are available in bulk vessel lots, containerised bulk, or 1MT jumbo bags. Custom sizing, blending, and certificate formats are available on request.

Grade A - Fertilizer Grade
Our flagship product — premium beneficiated rock phosphate for superphosphate (SSP/TSP) manufacturing and phosphoric acid production. Produced from high-tenour ore with minimal silica and magnesium contamination for maximum reactivity.
P₂O₅ Content 33-36% | BPL 72-78% |
Moisture ≤ 2.5% | SiO₂ ≤ 4.5% |

Grade B - Direct Application
Run-of-mine phosphate mined selectively from reactive ore zones. Ideal for acidic-soil direct application where farmers seek a cost-effective, slow-release phosphorus source without further processing.
P₂O₅ Content 24-28% | Reactivity ≥ 35% |
Moisture ≤ 5.0% | CAO 46-52% |

Grade C - Industrial
Specially processed to meet the low-cadmium and low-fluoride requirements of food-chain phosphoric acid, animal feed additive, and specialty chemical manufacturers. Full trace-element profiling supplied with every lot.
P₂O₅ Content 28-32% | Cadmium ≤ 20 mg/kg |
Fluoride ≤ 3.2% | Arsenic ≤ 15 mg/kg |
Applications

The primary feedstock for SSP, TSP, DAP, and MAP production plants worldwide. Our Grade A material is trusted by major fertilizer producers in Europe and Asia.

Our Grade C product supplies phosphoric acid manufacturers producing food-grade and technical-grade H₃PO₄ for food additives, detergents, and metal treatment.

Dicalcium phosphate (DCP) and monocalcium phosphate (MCP) producers rely on our low-cadmium Grade C phosphate to meet EU and FDA feed safety standards.

Our Grade B rock is used directly by farmers in acidic soil regions across Sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia as an affordable, long-release phosphorus source.
